Most calls come down to one of these three jobs. If yours is something else, call anyway; Marty will tell you over the phone whether it's worth a visit.

Replacement

Roof Replacement

Tear-off, deck repair where it's needed, new underlayment and shingles, plywood replaced wherever it's gone soft. You get a written number before anyone's on the roof, and the site gets a full clean-up when the job's done, not just a sweep.

Repair

Roof Repair & Leak Detection

Marty finds where the water is actually getting in before he quotes anything, and shows you photos from the inspection. Storm damage, missing shingles, or a leak that's been going on for months, small repairs get handled without a hard sell toward a full replacement you don't need yet.

Detail work

Flashing, Skylights & Venting

Flashing around chimneys and skylights is where most leaks start, so it gets done properly, not caulked over. Attic ventilation comes with every replacement, so heat and moisture leave through the vents instead of curling the shingles from underneath.

Marty Sorenson started A.A. Roofing in 2012. He still quotes the jobs himself, and the crew now completes roughly 250 residential roofs a year, on top of the new-build work several of Kingston's largest homebuilders send his way.

"Providing roofing and weatherproofing, quality workmanship done right the first time. The proof is on the roof, quality that speaks for itself."

Marty Sorenson, President & CEO

Honest, upfront pricing

Marty explains what's failing and why before anything is quoted. No pressure toward a bigger job than the roof actually needs.
